Advantages: Delicious, creamy, not that high in calories!

Disadvantages: Can be expensive when not in an offer

Muller rice are pots of rice pudding with different flavours in the bottom of the pot depending on which flavour you buy. My favourite at the moment is the apple flavour. They can be eaten either hot or cold, although I usually eat them cold and straight out of the fridge, they can be heated for 90 seconds in the microwave and are just as nice.

They come in 200g pots with a foil cover. They are brought individually and are about 45p each depending on where you buy them from. But at the moment they are available from Iceland for 5 for £1.50 for any single muller pots which is really good value.

The texture is quite thick, which is really nice and definitely way better than the runny stuff we used to get fed at school... The taste is very creamy with the apple sauce underneath the rice, but it's easy to mix together which is nice, but sometimes I just eat the rice first then the apple sauce. They are my favourite muller pot and my definite choice considering they're not that high in calories (ok in comparison to muller lights they are) but in comparison to other yogurts they're really not.

They contain no artificial colours or preservatives which is one of their selling points along with them being low fat.
