Advantages: Healthy and contain prebiotics
Disadvantages: None
Muller Vitality is something I have only recently started drinking. I decided that as my diet os not that healthy and that during the week I was too lazy for breakfast that I would make the effort to drink one of these.
Muller Vitality are little pots of a yoghurt drink that contain prebiotics. Ultimately prebiotics are meant to feed your good bacteria in your stomach and aid digestion. The pots are only small at 100 grams. They come in packs of 6 and each pot is made of plastic with a foil lid that you just peel off.
Each pot contains 68 calories, 2.5 grams of protein, 1.4 grams of fat and 86 mg of calcium. They have a lovely rasberry flavour and the drink itself is very smooth. I know that these yoghurt drinks come in a variety of flavours but I have only tried the strawberry and rasberry. The drinks claim to not only contain probiotics but they also contain 50% of the daily amount of prebiotics that help your stomach work as it should!
I really like these drinks and they have become a regular habit for me in the mornings. Ideally you should have a substantial healthy breakfast too but as a person that used to have nothing, this has been a vast improvement for me. The rasberry taste is just right and not too sweet for me and because the pots are small I don't get sick of them halfway through like I sometimes do with certain yoghurts.
I was lucky and managed to get two packs of 6 for £3 on special offer in Asda (offer still going), although usually I pay £1.98 for one pack. I am sure that if you shop around you could get a better price though.
Summary: Try them they are lovely
