In a market awash with health bars, Nakd bars stand out instantly with their modern fun packaging (revamped since the pictures shown). And although they're vegan & free from sugar, wheat & GM ingredients they're not dull & worthy but fresh-tasting & fruity. My favourite is the 'berry cheeky' flavour. I don't usually go for all that natural sourced wholefoods rubbish but these are really tasty, filling and have much fewer calories than a chocolate bar. Yum!!!

Are you looking for a healthy portable snack to eat between meals or perhaps like me you are finding it difficult to get up in time for work now these dark November days are looming? Well I think I can recommend something healthy which may put those cereal bars out of commission for a while. My daughter became a vegan at the age of fifteen which I have to say was tricky. Although we are all veggies in our house the idea of cutting out Canadian cheddar and goats milk was really hard and I was dreading cooking all the meals and making sure she was going to be healthy.
