When I'm sat at my computer and not doing something that requires my full concentration, such as trying to find Christine Aguileras phone number, I tend to snack a lot. Crisps, chocolates, biscuits, cakes, whatever I can get my hands on. After getting on the scales, which are either lying to me or are broke, I decided to go healthy and lose weight for Christmas.
