Advantages: Taste great, aero mint chocolate lovers heaven
Disadvantages: Arent healthy at all
If you love lovely bubbly mint Aero chocolate then you will love these little Aero Bubbles. Each little ball shaped bubble is made from the famous favourite mint Aero chocolate and comes in a small individual sized packet or a larger sharing packet.
Aero Bubbles are peppermint flavoured milk cocolate wiht an aerated centre, to give them that bubbly texture. They melt in your mouth and are a great treat for all those chocolate lovers out there. If you love the Aero mint chocolate bar, these will be little mini bitesized chocolate balls of heaven to you.
A smaller individual packet of these bubbly treats would normally cost you around 50p, whereas the larger sharing packets would cost around £1.50, depending on where you buy them and any special offers on, like Tescos who normally do a deal of two large bags of these or other Nestle brand large bags of chocolate for £2.50.
Nutritional Information for 100g of Aero Bubbles:
546 calories
6.4g Protein
57g Carbohydrates
56.5g (of which sugars)
31g Fat
19.3g (of which saturates)
So as you can see, this tastey bitesized treat is really calorific and packet with sugar, so as with most things its best to have nice things in small doses, as there is also quite a bit of fat in 100g of this chocolate compared to some others.
Overall I think that these taste great and are a lovely treat for them cosy nights in when you are watching a nice film or binging out in general, though all good things in small doses, as their nutritional content is quite off putting.
Summary: Why cant the things that taste so great be good for us? :)
