Advantages: Yummy chocolate that has a nice texture to it

Disadvantages: None I can think of

When it comes to chocolate I am a lover of the stuff. I do try to avoid it somewhat cos it can't be described as healthy for the most part but sometimes I induldge myself like I did the other day.

I had never seen Aero Bubbles before and quite liking the regular bar of Aero I decided on seeing these I really must try them out!

The Packaging:

Well I tried the mint variety which come in an oblong plastic bag with lime green bubbles around the edge and then I am told they are Nestle Aero 'Feel the bubbles melt' 'Bubbles' and there is a picture of the chocolate bubbles and I'm told a bag contains 198 calories. On the back of the bag other information includes ingredients and a full nutritional breakdown chart being listed, the best before date is clearly stamped on and contact details for Nestle are given. Nice enough informative bag which is easy enough to open etc.

The Peppermint Bubbles:

Round like maltesers in appearance and made of milk chocolate. Basically the outside is smooth then you bite in and you can see a bubble texture. They have a minty fresh smell mixed with the sweetness of the chocolate and...yum these are simply lush!

The peppermint is of course minty mixed with good quality chocolate. Although minty (they do also make your breath smell fresher after eating them lol) it is a natural peppermint taste and as I say mixed with chocolate and the two flavours hold their own and are blended well. I find them sweet enough but not artificially or overly sweetened which I appreciate greatly!

I like the bubble texture, my only complaint is that I only counted 12 'Bubbles' in my bag which really isn't many, particulary when your enjoying them!

Verdict:

Melt in the mouth, lovely chocolate with an unususual texture and they are so moreish. If you like minty chocolate I would think your gonna love these! I did!

I paid 49p for my bag in my local Nisa store but they are available in a variety of outlets and also in just milk chocolate variety!

Summary: Not many of them per bag but what there is, is tasty!
