As I bit into the pieces of chocolate my teeth simply sunk into the milk chocolate and the crispy pieces. The crispy pieces in the chocolate are very crispy and give the bar a fantastic texture and taste. The chocolate isn't as nice as Cadbury's as it's not so creamy and milky but...more

Premium Review Nestle Crunch: Crunching your way through another bar (625 words)

Nestle Crunch comes in a blue and white wrapper with red writing where the name is making it look like it's snapping the white bar across the middle, this, is supposedly a crunch. With an ever increasing price for chocolate it's always nice to find bargains so when you can buy a 100g for less than £1 it's always worth trying, even if it is a Nestle bar. Nestle are probably the worst of Britain's "big 4" as far as the chocolate bar market is concerned (Kinder, Cadbury, Mars and Nestle) due to the quality of the chocolate, though with a nice range that includes KitKats, Aero, Matchmakers, Milky Bar, yorkie, Walnut Whip, Toffee Crisp and of course the Crunch ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Putting the Crunch back into my snacks! (313 words)

Despite the fact that I don't really enjoy Nestle chocolate, their Crunch bar has been a big favourite of mine for years. Unfortunately these days it's getting harder and harder to find, with the supermarkets selling mainly large blocks, whereas the smaller standard size bar you can see above is relegated to vending machines and independent corner shops. I personally think it's a very special bar, it's tasty with an excellent consistency. The milk chocolate is surprisingly smooth and rich for a Nestle bar, it tastes of a much more expensive chocolate in my opinion and also has a creaminess that I think is usually lacking from Nestle ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Nestle Crunch: Crunchy Chocolate (381 words)

I picked up a 100g size bar of this last night in Tescos for the bargain price of 83p, it was on offer so I am unsure of the regular retail price. It is made by Nestle and I remember in my childhood having the white chocolate version. However, this one was nowhere to be seen so I opted for the milk chocolate. The bar comes in a dark blue wrapper, with a large crunch logo taking up the entire front of the packet. There is a nutritional information bar at the bottom. Inside the wrapper, the bar is wrapped in blue foil. Opening the bar, the first thing I noticed was that there were no chunks or lines to break the chocolate along. However, there was again ...  Read the complete review

***CRUNCH*** Crunch bar is made by Nestle and was first launched in 1965. These were available in milk chocolate with crisped rice also in white chocolate as well. This bar is available one of which is a standard sized bar which is 33g and it's also available in a large bar which is 100g. Both bars come in slightly different wrappers. The smaller standard bar comes in a plastic wrapper which is easy to tear open and the large bar comes in a blue foil packet with a paper wrapping on the outside with the words Crunch on the front. Both standard and large bars are available to buy from supermarkets and some local shops. A standard bar will cost approx 54p ...  Read the complete review
