Surprise, surprise another unhappy customer. My mother and I have been buying Diary box for special occasions for many years and always thought the selection and flavours were not to be beat. You can imagine our disappointment at xmas when we opened the new box to find the same choc's over and over again. My favourite the turkish delight - gone, all the nice nutty ones - gone, whats happening. My mum decided to phone and make a formal complaint and spoke to a very polite and helpful woman. Since then mum has received a letter saying thank you for her comments but the changes that have been made were well thought out and for the better. I strongly disagree, after reading the reviews from other customers I think Nestle should now be considering a change, afterall we are customers the one's spending the money. GO BACK TO BASIC'S. THANKS
