At a very long day and night at work I was very pleased when my boyfriend bought me these (along with a lasagne) to have as my pudding and breakfast (I had to stay over).

The box is quite small as there are only 6 bars in it. The bars are quite small, you can finish them in about 5 bites. Along the bottom is a thin layer of chocolate which gives you that chocolatey fix but without all the fat.

There are only 90 calories per bar so its great for a chocolatey snack if your on a diet or watching what you eat.
As a cereal bar you would expect it to just be edible for breakfast, however Im eating one right now and its 7pm! I like them as a pudding because of the chocolate, but they are also great for breakfast because of the oats and other healthy things.

I find them quite chewy to eat, bu they dont scratch your mouth like some cereal bars do. Theres a certain wetness to the texture and they almost taste a bit like they are stuck together with caramel.
The bars are individually wrapped so they could even be taken to work or school in a lunchbox. So this makes them even better than just being a breakfast bar.
They taste really nice, just the texture is different to that of a real chocolate bar.
