I spotted these about a month ago when they had a large stand in Tesco. I like to try new Food and Drink, so I had to have one. I also started eating it while going out the shop as I was also starving. I do like normal Kit Kat's but I could take or leave the Chunky ones, but again as I said this is a new product out there. This cost me 48p for the 1 bar.
Packaging is just the same as the normal Kit Kat Chunky, but there is a hint of Orange on this one's packaging. It still has the bright red packaging, and the white part with the Kit Kat branding in red across it.
The bar is a long rectangular shape and it is quite thick and Chunky as the name would suggest. I usually find the Chunky ones quite tought and hard, and there is nothing worse than getting a corner of hard Chocolate on the roof of your mouth.
The Bar is made up of a good few layers of Crisp Wafer, and the whole lot is covered in Nestle Milk Chocolate. With these ones there is a layer of Caramel on the top which is then covered in Milk Chocolate. The Caramel is kinda thick and a little bit chewy and I think it tastes just sweet enough.
It was a nice enough Chocolate Bar in my view, but again I wouldn't normally reach for a Chunky as my first Chocolate Bar choice. I just find them quite sickly, and although it is just Wafer, Milk Chocolate with a bit of Caramel on the top, I just find that amount of Nestle Chocolate is a bit too much, and yes you don't have to eat it all at once, but I tend to eat a bar of Chocolate in the 1 go. I like this better than the Original Kit Kat Chunky.
