The Kit Kat Chunky is my favourite version of Kit Kat and it's available in a standard milk chocolate variety as well as a peanut one, which I have yet to try so I'll be reviewing the standard one. It comes in a long red wrapper with the Kit Kat logo to the left and a white 'Chunky' logo on the right on a blue background. The design is simple but catches your eye. The bar does look quite chunky and it really is.

It easily opens at one end and the inside is lined with foil to keep it fresh. It doesn't melt unless it's in very hot temperatures or left in the sunlight. Inside is a chunky brown chocolate bar. It says Kit Kat on the top and is shaped like a box with slanted edges and a ridge at the bottom.

Inside is wafer thin biscuit, which goes very nicely with the Nestle milk chocolate on the outside. The bar is 50g in weight and will cost you around 44p, which isn't too bad as it's very tasty and filling too. The bar contains 264kcal, 30.9g of carbohydrates and 14.3g of fat, so it's not the healthiest snack.

It has a fabulous flavour however. The chocolate is very creamy and it contrasts nicely with the ever so slightly crunchy wafer inside. You get chunky bits of chocolate around the edge of the bar and it's just a thin layer on the top and elsewhere. It's pretty unique and makes a very tasty filling snack. I'd definitely recommend this one - I recommend it over the standard Kit Kat Fingers!
