Advantages: Thick Milky chocolate, tasty wafer good value

Nestle have been making chocolate for years and ever since I can remember KitKat has been around but in small bars, so when I saw the chunky bar I had to give it a try.

The bar

This is a large wafer biscuit with about 7 wafers fused together with a fondent. This is then covered with milk chocolate just like the smaller fingers, the difference is that the edges of the bar are covered with really thick chocolate. This is one very big finger biscuit.

The Packaging

This finger is wrapped in a foil fresh wrapper which ensure that the chocolate stays at its finest. I have found that the chocolate bar does stay very fresh in this packaging and it also states on the back to keep it in a cool dry place which will also ensure the freshness. The packaging is easy to rip open so that you can eat it so their will be no fighting to get to the chocolate. It shows on the front that their is a calorie count of 263 which is 13%, an average adult should consume 2000 calories a day, so this is not to be eaten if you are a big calorie counter but could be enjoyed as a one off each week.

I think that this is a lovey chocolate to be enjoyed while watching a good film and I like to eat all the chunky chocolate from around the edge before I eat the biscuit I find I enjoy it more that way. I think that the chocolate is milky and moorish, this is not a sickly chocolat bar so more than one can be eaten without getting a sickly feeling. This is widley available and will cost between 59p to 89p depending where you shop.

KitKat now comes in 3 bars Original, Penutbutter and Caramel. I would suggest people to give them all a try but do not eat too many of the caramel they are very rich tasting and personally I am not keen on the penutbutter it is an aquired taste but if you like penutbutter then you will love these.
