A great chocolate fix! (Nestle Kit Kat Chunky)

I am a massive chocoholic and unfortunately broke my diet this weekend after eating healthily all week, gutted! I just had a bar of this chocolate with a cup of tea and it was gorgeous.

If you have never heard of Kit Kat Chunky, it is a large version of one finger of a Kit Kat. It comes in a red shiny foil lined wrapper and has the words "Kit Kat Chunky" across the front.

A bar weighs 50 grams and the chocolate itself is made by popular confectionary manufacturer Nestle.

I bought a multipack of three Kit Kat Chunky bars today in Poundland and they cost only a pound.

This is a great price as i have paid up to 70p for just one bar in my local corner shop before which i think is a bit of a rip off.

The bar itself is a large crunchy wafer in the inside and is covered with a really thick creamy layer of milk chocolate.

These are maybe not the best bars of chocolate for dieters as one bar contains a shocking 261 Calories and 13.4 grams of fat which is crazy for a bar of chocolate.

When i tasted it, it tasted really chocolately and creamy. The top layer of chocolate is lovely and thick and really satisfying to bite through. The wafer is really crispy and gives the bar a nice balanced taste.

The chocolate is hard to wash down with just water so i usually have mine with a cup of tea. One bar is quite filling and satisfying so will keep me filled up until i get something more substantial to eat.

These chocolate bars are great to eat on the go and keep in your handbag for a little sugar fix when you are feeling a bit tired.

Now that ive realised how fattening they are, i think ill eat them only occassionally.
