Too much to get my mouth round... (Nestle KitKat Chunky Peanut Butter)

Advantages: Peanut butter and chocolate is usually always a winner

Disadvantages: Sweet and cloying and... salty?

Today Tesco tempted me into buying a Peanut Butter Kitkat Chunky, luring me in with an appetising 25p price tag, much cheaper than the other bars! So, I've just gobbled up the bar, and have to say that I'm actually quite disappointed - I was sure I really liked this bar last time I ate it, and peanut butter with chocolate is an excellent combination, but I just feel like that was a waste of *checks* 23% of my daily fat allowance!

Okay, so what was the problem? Well, first of all the chocolate was a bit cloying - it stuck to my mouth like cheap chocolate. Then, for the first few mouthfuls the peanut butter was really, really salty, it caught me in my jaw like sour food. And kitkat chunkys on the whole are just a bit - well, chunky, too much wafer and filling for one mouthful.

The combination is tasty, peanuts and chocolate are still a match made in heaven, but after eating my bar tonight my mouth feels a bit too sweet, a bit too salty and generally a bit let down. Don't think I'll be having one of these for a while - I'll have a kitkat four finger with a tinfoil wrapper that you can turn into a crocodile, please!

Summary: Not for me for a while longer I don't think!
