Its strange how certain foods bring back memories there is a cheese called Neuf chattel that brings back memories to me. About 28 yrs ago we had little money we lived in an old house that we rented those three years were traumatic to us our first baby died, we had another healthy baby, We were involved in a serious car crash that still has an effect on my vision and me. We lived inn a village so few shops but there was a delicatessen that sold good cheeses and meats. One of our treats was Neufchatel cheese.
