Advantages: Taste great can have a choice of toppings

Disadvantages: Toast too long and can go too hard.

I have just finished painting my nails and eating bagels to fill my tummy before my friday night out (to line my tummy - so i am not sick). I have these for breakfast, for lunch or for a snack in the evening, they are great any time of the day (I have even been known to get up at 3.00am in the morning to have some).

New York Cinnamon and Raisan bagals are just the best in world they come in a clear and burgandy packet with a picture of the statue of liberty on and New York Bakery Co writtten on the front and in smaller letters Cinamon and Raisin bagels - Low in Fat - A source of fibre. You get five in a pack, plenty for my family of 3 = 2 for me, 2 for my partner and 1 for my son.

On the bottom of the pack you have all the nutritional value 215kcal per bagel minus what spread you put on it, storage information, and ingredients. They also have serving suggestions of what you can put on your bagel. I put Nutella chocolate spread, honey or peanut butter on mine, some people put cream cheese on theirs but that really does not appeal to me with Cinnamon and Raisin. I toast my bagels but you could eat them without toasting I think they would taste a bit doughy though. The only downside is you have to careful how long you toast them for cause if you do them too long they get too hard.

The bagels cost about £1.15 for 5 which i think is excellent value for money. You can get plain bagals and there are some other flavours but these are not available in my tesco so i cannot quite tell you what they are but i am sure they are just as fantastic.

Summary: great taste, choice of toppings, eat anytime of the day.
