A nice tasty healthy summer snack which is great with loads of ingredients of your choice. Bagels are low in fat, a good source of protein and a healthy snack, they offer a variety from eating sandwiches and are quite filling depending on your ingredients if using any. Bagels are great cold and toasted, you could try them with any ingredient you with or maybe toasted with a bit of cream cheese depending on your taste. The pack comes with 5 bagels which is very good for the price your paying which is usually around £1.19, this is very good value working out about 20p a bagel. The flavour is just plain but you can make them more appetising with your toppings of your choice. Bagels can be eaten at anytime of the day, they are perfect fro breakfast, you may like it with a fried egg, perfect for lunch with your toppings and make a great snack when your on the go. I highly recommend bagels to anyone, if you've tried the mcdonalds one and liked them, you'd love paying a far cheaper price and making them more healthy with your own ingredients of your choice.
