Nobbly and disappointing (Nobbly Bobbly -Nestle)

Advantages: look good

Disadvantages: oily taste, mixture of chocolate and strawberry taste, too soft

With a box of Nobbly Bobbly ice lollies you will get four 70g ice lollies.

They are quite fatty tasting odd softish ice cream that has been coated all over in different coloured sprinkles. The ice cream is brown as if it should be chocolate but tastes as if it is a mixture of chocolate and strawberry. I was disappointed by these as I had thought they would be like a large version of the sprinkled end of a Fab bar. Even after they had been in our freezer for several days the ice cream remained oddly still quite soft and you can bite a peice off without any real effort. I found these tasted oily- both the ice cream and the sprinkles seemed to leave an oily taste in my mouth. Not the usual high Nestle product standard I have grown to expect.

The ice cream is below par for Nestle and at £1.89 for a box of four (as opposed to 99p for a box of 8 fab bars) I would rather buy the Fab bars.

One lolly is 157 calories and 8.2g of fat. This is a little less than I would have thought having tasted the lolly.
