Aparently they have the lowest fat contents when tested against other brands according to the Sunday Mirror however there is no compromise when it cmes to taste unlike some other low fat versions that I have tried. I do like the occasional Chicken Kiev if I want something easy to cook for dinner and cannot be bothered making something. Usually in the freezer we have a pack which are most often the own brand supermarket label ones.
