Overview Crispy Nutty Seed bites by Oatland Biscuit co are a tasty crunchy biscuit with seeds nuts and currents. They appear in Tescos Discount brands range and come in 200g bags. Nutrition These biscuits 1020Kcal a bag so they aren't the healthiest snack around. There is nearly 100g of protein, 60g of fat and 10g of fibre. They are made up of Sugar, Sunflower Seeds, Currents, peanuts , sesame seeds , hazelnuts, oat flakes and honey. The taste Personally i think these little biteszie biscuits are sublime. Last week, when the sun was shining, my little girl and I met friends in the park for a picnic. One of my friends is a vegetarian and always appears to be into healthy eating. When she passed a bag around with what she descibed as fruity nutty seedy treats I was a bit reluctant, but thought hey ho, why not! I reached into a clear bag and took out a small round mass of stuck together hamster food!! Ok, its only the size of a 50p so it shouldn't be too hard to swallow - should it?? OAKLAND BISCUIT CO HONEY & SEED BITES I have to say that when I first requested these biscuits they were around 81p, which I didn't think was too bad. I went to buy some more today, so that I could write this review and they had gone up to £1.19!! So sorry about that! ***What are they like?*** These are somewhere in between a biscuit and a cereal bar. Sometimes you just want a sweet taste with your cup of tea or coffee, but not the calories of a choccy biscuit.
