Olio Extra-vergine Tenori, Poderi di S.Giovanni ... pressed with traditional granite millstones within 12 hours of harvesting. The oleic acid content is amongst the lowest. It is not filtered and it is fruity and flavoursome. The price is a little high, this is due to both the labour, expensive and difficulty in locating the product, and the very limited yield which is around 12-13 liters per quintal. The yield is limited because of the altitude, which also gives the oil it's quality.
