It's safe to say that I haven't had the most amazingly nutritious dinner today. However I did stop myself from buying a very rich chocolate yoghurt and opted for this fruity type mousse instead. Which has to count for something. I prefer a mousse to a yoghurt, mainly because I find them lighter and creamier to eat. I've seen Dr Oetker mousses come in a chocolate flavour as well although these ones taste a lot nicer. They come in a clear plastic tub with simple labeling and an aluminum foil lid. I've always been a fan of mousse however it was never something I regularly ate! However I've recently been trying different kinds of foods to un limit my taste pallet and one of the things I've tried is the Onken strawberry Mousse. There is a light version as well but this one here is just the normal! These can be found in all supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda and Ocado. As they are chilled products they can be found in the fridges, and more specifically in the aisle alongside the yoghurts. They are usually nestled in between the other mousses so keep an eye out for them. The mousse weighs 115g which isn't a huge amount however it is worth bearing ... Read the complete review

This is probably one of the creamiest most addictive mousse's out there on our supermarket shelves, i absolutely love it and have one every lunch time as a little treat. I try to eat healthily for the most part but firmly believe that we can't do without life's little indulgences and this is my lunchtime indulgence. =====What is it===== Why it's Onken Creamy strawberry mousse of course (now part of the Dr Oetker range).
