Newest Review: ... 4 cookies in each. The packaging of the box is blue with Oreo in big bold letters. Just above is the phrase 'America's ... more

... Favorite Cookie' which can be quite believable due to the amazing taste. Finally the pictures on the box are of three Oreo cookies with one dipped in a tall glass of milk. This is because they are a common treat with milk which I have had many times! The actual Oreo itself is set out like a sandwich. There are two layers of a chocolaty biscuit engraved with patterns and the word Oreo. These have a strong taste and smell and crumble when bitten into. The third layer is in the middle of the biscuits. This is a vanilla flav...more

'm often on the look out for different biscuits and in my mind, the best time to try something new is when they are on special offer. This is why, when I was in Sainsburys the other day and I spotted packets of Oreos on sale for only 37 pence, I thought I would give them a go! I find it's actually surprising that we haven't bought these before as they do seem to have been around for ages, but I guess I just haven't seen them at this price before! Oreos are made by Kraft and at the moment come in quite an attractive blue packet. They are described as chocolate flavoured sandwich biscuits which sound good in my book! There was also a bit of persuasive ...  Read the complete review

On a trip to Tenerife seven years ago I fell deeply in love, no it wasn`t a holiday romance or a sun kissed infatuation in fact it wasn`t even with a person (or any other living creature) it was instead with a beautifully formed very, very tasty chocolate sandwich biscuit known to the world as Oreo. I had never come across this biscuit before this trip to Tenerife and for a good year or so after returning never saw it again but all of a sudden on a trip to farm foods there it was looking longingly at me from a far away shelf. Could it be true could this be the same dark chocolate biscuit with vanilla cream centre that I fell so madly in love with on holiday? ...  Read the complete review

I absolutely love biscuits! I can live without chocolate and I'm more of a savoury person but to me a big steaming cuppa and a packet of nice biscuits is such a luxury though I cant stop myself and always end up devouring a whole packet in one sitting (as I did today!) I love biscuits covered in chocolate in the main. I've never been much of a person for chocolate flavoured things such as chocolate flavoured cake and ice creams. I'd never have bought these if they hadn't of been on offer in Sainsbury's today for 37p! I've seen the adverts and so when I saw them I knew they were a good economical buy! The Packaging.... The outside wrapping ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Mmm, Oreo! (354 words)

Oreo cookies the world's best selling cookie as it proudly states on the packet. They're the world's best selling cookie for a reason though ...... that being they're so damn tasty!! I buy my Oreo cookies in boxes of 16 which consist of four individually wrapped packs each containing four Oreo cookies, they are slightly expensive at 65p in Sainsburys (maybe more elsewhere) but the cost well worth it in my opinion. The packet is a dark blue with the Oreo logo and a tasty Oreo cookie just sitting there tempting you to buy it.When you open the box you will have 4 sachets of biscuits each wrapped in blue with the word Oreo everywhere. Once the packet is ...  Read the complete review

At the minute I have been trying to keep away from eating chocolate and biscuits but of course every so often everyone has a craving for something sweet. I definitely like crisps over chocolate but I do have some favourite biscuits which I do like to eat every so often. One of my particular favourites which are only now becoming even more available in this country is Oreo cookies. I got my first taste of them when a friend of mine brought them back from America, I would then every so often see them available in the most unusual supermarkets or in the Selfridges food court but I wasn't paying ridiculous amounts to eat them. Nabisco was founded way back in the ...  Read the complete review
