In my quest to find some different and tasty finger foods for my little man I came across these, Organix Crunchy Slices. PACKAGING The crisps come in a nice bright red packet which is foil sealed to keep them fresh. There is a picture of a baby on the front eating one of the crisps. Also there is the Organix 'No Junk' logo at the side. On the back of the packet we have all of the ingredients and nutritional information and also a bit of information about the contents. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION - Per 5g (roughly 3 crisps) 22KCal Energy 0.4g Protein 3.8g Carbohydrate 0.3g of which sugars 0.7g ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review A wheely good snack (218 words)

I picked up a packet of these for my son by mistake - I thought they were the carrot sticks (which have an almost identical pack) it was only on opening them that I realised my mistake. Organix offer a wide range of healthy snacks for babies and children and I had started giving him the carrot sticks from when he was around 7 months. These tomato slices are suitable for children over 7 months too although I don't think they melt in the mouth as readily as the carrot ones. The slices are small circular 'wheel' shapes which are easy to hold and to suck on or bite into (with gums or teeth). They are covered in flecks of tomato powder but don't have a ...  Read the complete review

When your child starts finger food you always worry what they can manage without choking! I have a 3 year old and an 11 month old and they both adore these child friendly crisps, and so do I! When my first child was at the finger food stage around 7 months I started with a bit of toast and was always on edge as he kept gagging on it, so would rush and take him out of his highchair, I tried other soft foods and although I knew he was alright I always have a fear about my children choking, you could say its my worse nightmare. Although with my 2nd I am not as bad and paranoid. These snacks are for children from 7 months, they are good for on the go, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Not bad, but I like the Cheese & Herb Puffs more, mummy! (303 words)

I have purchased several of the Organix Finger Foods range now, for my daughter (13 months) and wanted her to try these, for variety. She loves the Carrot Sticks and the Sweetcorn Rings. However, I think the Sweetcorn Rings are slightly too hard for her so only give those at home or when she is not in her car seat. Anyway, back to Tomato Crunchy Slices - they are shaped like a small wheel with spokes, and have tomato and carrot powder on them, although less so than the Carrot Sticks snacks, which makes them less messier too. They are about 4cm in diameter so are small enough to hold easily, and are recommended for 7 months onwards. The ingredients are as ...  Read the complete review

I bought these for my daughter for the first time yesterday. This is another item in the organix range which I find great for little ones. They are good to give to your little ones as a snack on the go and are a lot healthier than other crisps.
