The texture is nice and smooth, easy to slide a spoon into and has a nice soothing feeling when you swallow it.
As soon as you open the tub you can smell the lemon because it's so strong, it's a very pleasant smell, perhaps even more pleasant than the taste.
The sorbet itself is a pale yellow colour, not as bright as a lemon, pore like a pastel colour.

forgive me if this is in wrong catagory but could not for the life of me find it on site. gelatelli strawberry crisp icecream. For those of you out there that love Sorbet and Icecream you really must try this one. Bought from Lidl supermarket on Friday night.
