MMMMMMMM. Patak's Plain Pappadums are a great side snack, infact I prefer them then crisps at the moment. Extremely light, very crisp to eat and do not crumble. Whether you're dishing them out at a dinner party or eating them in front of the TV (with a glass of wine) they make a perfect snack. Patacks pappadums A perfect starter or accompaniment to an Indian meal. I love a good curry. Be it from a restaurant a takeout or one I make myself. Often in a restaurant they offer you pappadums as a taster. I do not often have them at home unless I am showing off and cooking a curry for friends. Pappadums are thin lentil crackers made to a traditional recipe sun dried to preserve flavours. I do not make mine from scratch I buy ready prepared Patacks pappadums.
