I love finding things to add a little extra tang to my foods, and one of my recent favourites has to be Peppadew's. Peppadews are small red peppers, similar in size to a cheery tomato, which are de-seeded and then pickled in a mild vinegar . The jar is as illustrated above , clear glass that shows the contents off, with a smart black label and a black lid . The first jar I ever bought , I really struggled to open - I tried everything, tapping the top, tapping the bottom, wearing rubber gloves - it refused to open . In the end, I wound a can opener into the lid to break the seal, then twisted the lid off - at least I knew the peppers ... Read the complete review
