In general I'd have eggs or toast for breakfast rather than cereal, but that was before I tasted Pertwood's organic granola. I would not normally have bought this, but at the moment I'm having some digestive troubles and wheat seems to make things worse, so when I saw that this product was wheat free I thought I'd give it a go. I emailed Pertwood and they gave me information on their product ingredients (they contain gluten, so no good for Coeliacs) and then they were kind enough to send me some samples to try before I bought the products.
