Philadelphia Splendips

I only came about this product last week when shopping at Tesco's. I only noticed them because they were in special offer and since trying them, they have become one of my favourite snacks. When it comes to food, I am exceptionally fussy. No product enters my shopping trolley until the nutrition and dietary information has been thoroughly inspected. Adding to this, I am an incredible calorie counter, so any food too high gets shoved back on the shelf, never to be looked at again; same with those high in fat and sugar. I have been a fan of Philadelphia Splendips for about the last 8 months and find that there are great for a snack in the evenings or for taking to work in your packed lunch! Next year I am going on holiday with some friends. This can be dangerous. I've heard people say that they've bought these while shopping because they're low in fat. The fact that they're full of sugar doesn't seem to register. Nutritional info can be found on the base. Read it if you care. Believe it if you want to. But like most things: eat too much and it'll make you fat.
