Pico Picandine is one of France's many cheeses, in the larger supermarkets nearby there's always quite a good reliable selection of French cheeses but on occasion something special seems to pop up, a cheese that I've never seen before and one that isn't too harsh on the pocket. Pico Picandine was just that type of cheese, mine came as 4 flat relatively small circles, the size of them was relatively annoying because in reality they were a little too large for a mouthful and even putting a whole one on a sandwich seemed overly greedy but at the same time they weren't big enough to warrant cutting up.
