** This review is for the Pizza Express American Simple Pepperoni Pizza ** Earlier in the week I posted a review on DooYoo regarding my disastrous attempt to heat up an Iceland frozen pizza and ended up throwing the whole lot into the bin. Still fancying a pizza and with the Pizza Express range being half price at the moment in Morrisons I picked up one of the Pepperoni variety and am pleased to report that my faith in pre-prepared pizza has been restored! Housed in a simple dark blue flat box, the information tells us that this is "individually handmade" and it contains "Thinly sliced pepperoni and creamy mozzarella cubes ... Read the complete review

Being the proud mother of three young but beautiful children my husband and I do not have much of a social life but I am not complaining. Saturday night is our night and we get the kids sorted and then spend some time together relaxing, this usually involves a late tea and a bottle of something chilled to share. We usually have a pizza, shop bought, and a bottle of wine. I normally do my shopping in Asda so usually get one of their Asda deli counter pizzas, however I recently did my shopping in Tesco and opted for a Pizza Express American simple pepperoni. I knew Pizza Express as a chain of pizza restaurants and take-away but I had never bought a ready made pizza with ... Read the complete review

I love pizzas, I do quite often make my own but sometimes its easier to have a shop bought one when you don't have time to make your own. One of the recent shop bought pizzas we have tried is the Pizza Express American. Pizza Express as many people know is the very popular pizza chain of restaurants that you can find in most cities across the country and I have eaten there many times and I do enjoy their pizzas so was keen to see whether the shop bought ones would match their freshly made ones in their restaurants. The pizzas do come in various sizes we had the 250g one. The pizza comes in a blue cardboard box with the pizza express logo in white on the ... Read the complete review

On bonfire night my dad went out collecting a load of wood and we went and got a load of fireworks from Sainsburys. I offered to get the food and cook it while mum and dad got the fire and stuff sorted, we were supposed to be having a bbq but the rain spoiled that so I got pizza and food like that instead. The Pizza Express pizzas were on offer in Morrisons half price at £2.49 so I got 2 of them, I love the Pizza Express restaurant pizza and have never tried the cook at home version before because £5.00 for a chilled pizza is a bit of a rip off even if it has got a big name on the box!!! I was a bit disappointed with this Simple American Pepperoni ... Read the complete review

I hope this is the right category for the Pizza Express Simple Pepperoni Pizza, if not, kindly let me know and I will move to the right category. Pizza Expressstarted as a chain of Pizzeria in UK, in the late sixties and since then they have grown a large network or restaurants. More recently they started selling their pizzas in supermarkets. I think all largest chains have Pizza Express Pizzas, but I found that Morrisons offer half price promotions. I must admit that I always had preconceptions against pre-prepared pizzas, and in general on pizzas in UK. Pizza Express ones are surprisingly close to the real thing and changed my ...
