Dough balls are probably my absolute favourite thing about Pizza Express. I honestly think they are yummier than a lot of the meals they serve, but it's best to share them so that they only wet your appetite rather than serving to stuff you completely. The really great thing about the dough balls is the garlic butter that it is served with, and the scret to getting the most out of this is to tear the dough ball in half so it fucntions as a kind of spoon that allows you to scoop the butter into the softer part of the doug ball. Otherwise if you dip it into the outer, less absorbent part of the ball then the butter has a tendencey to just roll off like raindrops on an umbrella.

Of course now you don't even have to go to a Pizza Express to enjoy these little bundles of joy. Enjoy.
