AHHH pizza express dough balls. So simple, so tasty, so easy to eat. They are just about my favourite thing to eat in pizza express so I am absolutrly thrilled that you can now buy them in super markets. They are simply just balls of the dough baked in the oven for a few minutes and served witha delicious garlic butter. I went to pizza express with some friends a few weeks ago, none of them had ever tried dough balls (which was crazy in itself) and they all tried some of mine and they are now also addicted to having dough balls and currently our weekly visits to resturaunts now consist of going to Pizza Express! Its definitely worth trying or sharing whilst you have your starters, they are light and flufffy in the middle nicely baked on the outside and the garlic butter just tops it off - DELICIOUS!

Summary: delicious!
