During my recent Tesco's dash for a Pizza Express pizza to cheer up my little girl I was looking for some garlic bread to eat with our pizza when I spotted these Pizza Express Dough Balls. They were not something that I had even heard of let alone eaten before when I spotted that they were on special offer - free when you bought a 12 inch pizza - ... Read the complete review

I am a Pizza Fiend and tend to consume lots of it whenever it is take-away night. However when it comes to eating Pizza when out I ALWAYS choose Pizza Express. When Sainsbury's started bringing out the Pizza Express range I was (very sad I know) quite excited. The most recent box I brought (around a week ago) was £2.29 for a box of 16 ... They are just about my favourite thing to eat in pizza express so I am absolutrly thrilled that you can now buy them in super markets. Dough balls are probably my absolute favourite thing about Pizza Express. I honestly think they are yummier than a lot of the meals they serve, but it's best to share them so that they only wet your appetite rather than serving to stuff you completely. The really great thing about the dough balls is the garlic butter that it is served with, and ... Read the complete review

Pizza Express has always been a favourite restaurant of mine, and I was delighted when they introduced some of their recipes in supermarkets a few years ago. I have to say though, the availablity of their terrific dough balls in supermarkets has been an absolute killer for my healthy eating programme. These dough balls, with garlic butter dip, are ... If you have never eaten these at a Pizza Express restaurant or bought them from a supermarket then they are just balls of pizza dough which go quite hard when cooked. They are about an inch in diameter and taste really great, especially when dipped into the garlic butter which is always provided. Buying these is a warm up pack from ... Read the complete review

Hmm!! Dough balls!!! So small, so fluffy, so yummy and a good price- its just £2.35. These dough balls don't fill you stomach so you have all the space for your yummy pizza/pasta but still has a very good taste. Every time I go to pizza express this is a must order for me. Whenever we go to Pizza Express we often get a plate of dough balls to share amongst the people in our group as a starter as it is a very sociable way of eating and the dough balls come with nice soft garlic butter to dip them in or to put a thin sliver on top and allow it to melt. Well now you no longer have to go to Pizza Express to ... Read the complete review

I have only fairly recently discovered the joys of Dough Balls, I tried them in an Italian restaurant in London and became hooked from the very first mouthful. When I saw that Tesco sell chilled dough balls made by Pizza Express I decided to buy a box as a treat for myself and my granddaughters' with a pizza and some garlic bread. They ... Pizza Express have produced their box of dough balls with the intention that you buy them as a starter for your meal, I buy them simply because they are a tasty little snack. Although I just love pizza and all of the trappings that are associated with the Italian delight it is very rare that I buy a ready made pizza unless it has been ... Read the complete review
