Pizza Express Margherita Pizza

For dinner last night I decided that we would have something that was quick and simple and when I saw two particular Pizza Express pizzas on offer (half price) I decided to pick up this margherita one along with another one. The pizza comes in a square cardboard box and is wrapped in celophane, simply remove this and then place in the oven on 200 degrees for around 15-20 minutes. This particular pizza has a fairly thin and crispy base and is topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella which is in small cubes that melts down in to the little pools of tomato sauce. Yum pizza. After watching a fireworks display the other Saturday night we had some people over to our house and in preparation I had bought some oven pizzas earlier in the day. Since as far back as I can remember, I have always been a pretty big fan of Pizza. Throughout the years, I have tried many different takeaway Pizza's as well as store bought ones. As I was doing the shopping in Sainsbury's today, I decided that I would buy a Pizza for my dinner tonight rather than actually make something. Nearly everybody has got to love pizza. And this pizza is one of the best cook yourself pizza's I've ever eaten. Margherita pizzas are the only type I will eat as I don't like any toppings. I headed into Waitrose to go and buy a pizza and I felt like getting a thick pizza. This was the only reasonably thick pizza on the shelf. I love pizza express, its probably my favourite restaurant and I really appreciate the great quality of the food and pizza you get, not minding the extra you have to pay for the great taste! I've seen supermarkets selling pizza express pizzas before, but they've never had my favourite flavours before so I didn't pay the extra then.
