I'm happier when handling this one, it's a little more rugged and a few steps towards the direction of cheese that I like.
It hold firms when being held for grating, it's cheap, melts well and if only they'd whack a bit more flavour in, it could be an excellent cheese. Best recommended use by me is in a toastie or better yet on crackers, margarine seems to bring out more taste in the cheese.

Podlaski is my favourite of Poland's boring plain cheeses, originating from the North East part of Poland (the Podlaskie region) near Bialystok, the cheese. A firm cheese that isn't as soft as some of its contemporaries, it's a white yellow colour and tends to be rectangular in shape. The taste like all similar cheeses is mild but it does at least have a little flavour, a hint of sweetness.
