I saw a multi pack in Tesco today 6, 25 g packets for £1.24.I can not remember seeing single packs on sale anywhere.

Pom bear are a potato snack as you might guess shaped like a teddy bear. They come in an original ready salted flavour, a salt and vinegar ketchup one and a cheese and onion flavour.
The bears are enclosed in a 25g foil packet a red one for the ready salted , a light blue for salt and vinegar, Dark blue for the ketchup, cheese and onion in green On each packet is a smiling, dancing Pom bear. The design is liked by children who want to buy this packet. I seem to remember there is a bear story on the back of the multi packs.

.I personally prefer plain salted crisps so prefer the ready salted ones. When you open these bear snacks you do get a slight smell the lightly salted smelling salty and slightly like a fried potato good like crisps or chips. The cheese and onion one does smell cheesy and oniony, the ketchup one does smell of ketchup I can smell the vinegar on the salt and vinegar bears.

So I put my preferred lightly salted bear in my mouth, he is rather cute. The surface of this snack is slightly rough textured. It has a nice crisp texture very crunchy.
Taste is good a baked potato very lightly salted comes to mind.
If you leave this crisp in your mouth for a moment or two before swallowing it tends to sort of melt.
I have tasted the other varieties at some time or other. The flavours were not too strong to be overpowering and I almost liked them (I rarely like flavoured crisp products)

These potato snacks are most importantly free from gluten and no artificial colours or preservatives are used. There are 128 cal in a 25g bag.

Yes I like pom bear and they are great for those teddy bear picnics. I have had teddy bear themed parties before and used these and made a teddy cake made teddy shaped sandwiches and had teddy bear iced biscuits. Its fun to do a themed party. Pom bear potato snacks are perfect for any party or as a snack anytime . Shaped foods help encourage your poor eater to eat.
