Popz popcorn is easy to make and ready in a couple of minutes. It comes in multiple flavours, sweet, salty and butter.I am currently eating the butter flavour it has a strong buttery taste but is also quite salty. The popcorn is slightly crunchy and very slightly greasy although this might be the butter. It is easy to eat large portions and if you are very hungry a bowl will be gone in minutes. It is surprisingly filling and is best washed down with a can of soft drink. The popcorn has a nice flavour but it is not the strongest. If you are looking for something with very sweet flavouring then this is not the poporn for you. However, this makes a nice snack or, more ... Read the complete review

With two small children, we haven?t seen the inside of a picture house for nearly 3 years! Someone even told me that they aren?t even called picture houses anymore? cinema is the new buzz word apparently. To recreate that big screen effect we sometimes watch a film on TV, sat really close to the screen, lights out, eldest son stood to the side with tray of cornettos? and POPCORN! To be honest, a big bucket of salted, buttered popcorn was always a big part of going to the pictures (as well as a contributory factor to my waistline). Over the last few years we have usually had a bag of popcorn kernels ... Read the complete review

Following my recent encounter with Butterkists Cinema style popcorn I have been on the hunt for the microwave variety that you 'pop' yourself but have been unlucky in my quest up to now. Rather than be disheartened I noticed this brand available in Tesco with either a butter flavour or salted and picked up a box of the buttered to give them a go. Currently on offer in Tesco for £1.00 for a box of 3 sachets the packaging is the same as illustrated above apart from mine has yellow colouring presumably to indicate this these are butter flavoured. Instructions and ingredients are printed across the box in every conceivable language you can think of and I must ... Read the complete review

Popz microwave popcorn is a product that is always in my cupboard. It comes in a few different flavours, salted, sweet, butter and plain, to name just a few. I like each flavour equally so alternate between them. The popcorn comes in multipacks. In one cardboard box you get three packets. The packets are wrapped in plastic, and themselves are folded over paper bags with the popcorn kernals inside. The cardboard is definitely recyclable, but I am not sure about the plastic parts. You have to follow the instructions on the packet and these vary depending on your microwave itself, and to get the perfect product it is definitely best to follow the ... Read the complete review

I must just point out that the popcorn I'm reviewing is a POPZ microwave popcorn but in butter flavour! I often buy this when out at the supermarket as it always goes down well in our house. I think what everyone loves about this is that it has such a long life on the packet(this one has 09.07.10) that you can have some popcorn whenever you fancy it as there is always some in the cupboard waiting to be popped!. This comes in a box that is blue with a yellow band at the top saying Butter. Below that there is a picture of a green field with a lovely blue sky and sun. With the field growing sweetcorn and popcorn floating about. POPZ is emblazoned ... Read the complete review
