I bought my pot a year ago. I have no idea on today's cost but it was around 50p a year ago from Tesco. You get 100 grams for that. Of that 100grams, 0.04grams of it is sodium. This is lower then any of the other low sodium salts out there that I have seen. Added to the "salt" to fill it up, are things like Potassium Chloride, L-lysine Mono Hydrochloride, Glutamic Acid (flavor), Monopotassium Tartrate and Anti Caking Agent.

Hmmm. I bought this as I was fed up with carrying a massive tin of low-sodium salt to my table every dinner time. I eat alot of salt and cannot seem to cut down without the constant concious effort to halt-the-salt which I always forget when its too late. So having a smaller pot on my table seemed to be a good idea- plus I'd probably take less as the pot was not as heavy.
