Taking a first bite you are met with the taste of pepperoni and tomato and the base is cooked to perfection, crispy but not hard. The cheese and parsley are evident but the overwhelming taste is of pepperoni. I enjoyed this pi...more

Pizza is one of my favourite foods and I like to try different brands and varieties, recently I noticed this particular pizza on offer in Tesco, half price from £3.29 down to £1.64 so into my shopping basket it went. Packaged in a square box with the Italian flag colours of green, white and red covering a third of the box you are informed that it is a "Primafresco traditional Italian style pizza" and that it is "Double Pepperoni - A delicious stonebaked Italian style pizza base topped with a rich tomato sauce, a blend of cheeses, pepperoni and mini pepperoni, garnished with parsley" The weight of the pizza is 385g and is ...  Read the complete review

These Prima Fresco was on special offer in Tesco for £1.64, I've not had one of these before but it was yummy and dead filling with garlic bread and wedges. There's 2 lots of pepperoni on the pizza, the normal sized slices and loads of much smaller circles that cook to a dark brown colour and taste wicked. The pepperoni is nice and greasy but isn't dripping with oil ...  Read the complete review

Thank You Jesus! Primafresco Double Pepperoni Pizza (411g) To tell you the truth, I bought this pizza because of the tempting offer (buy one, get one free) in Tesco. Normally, it is priced at £2.99 which is not cheap, but buying two for this price is absolutely wonderful. However, one should be careful, for maybe it cannot be kept in the fridge for more than 6 days (this is what I noticed from the expiry date when I bought it). Still, it is suitable for home freezing provided that one consumes it within one month, as is the case with bread and the like. It is easy to prepare this pizza for it needs no more than ...  Read the complete review
