Pizza is one of my favourite foods and I like to try different brands and varieties, recently I noticed this particular pizza on offer in Tesco, half price from £3.29 down to £1.64 so into my shopping basket it went. Packaged in a square box with the Italian flag colours of green, white and red covering a third of the box you are informed that it is a "Primafresco traditional Italian style pizza" and that it is "Double Pepperoni - A delicious stonebaked Italian style pizza base topped with a rich tomato sauce, a blend of cheeses, pepperoni and mini pepperoni, garnished with parsley" The weight of the pizza is 385g and is ... These Prima Fresco was on special offer in Tesco for £1.64, I've not had one of these before but it was yummy and dead filling with garlic bread and wedges. It's a stonebaked pizza that you cook from frozen in 18 mins. The base is thick and the crust seems to rise better than other pizzas during cooking and when it's in the oven the smell of it cooking is delish and proper made my mouth water while I was waiting for the timer to go off. There's 2 lots of pepperoni on the pizza, the normal sized slices and loads of much smaller circles that cook to a dark brown colour and taste wicked. Thank You Jesus! Primafresco Double Pepperoni Pizza (411g) To tell you the truth, I bought this pizza because of the tempting offer (buy one, get one free) in Tesco. Normally, it is priced at £2.99 which is not cheap, but buying two for this price is absolutely wonderful. However, one should be careful, for maybe it cannot be kept in the fridge for more than 6 days (this is what I noticed from the expiry date when I bought it). Still, it is suitable for home freezing provided that one consumes it within one month, as is the case with bread and the like. It is easy to prepare this pizza for it needs no more than ...
