Advantages: Addictive flavour

Disadvantages: Messy, pricy and not that good for you

Of all the Pringles flavours, I find this one to be the most addictive. It's quite a strong, almost meaty barbecue flavour, but this somehow makes me want to eat more. Pringles are wavy crisps which stack perfectly, as they are all amde the same shape, and they're presented in a cylindrical tube. They're very distinctive.

Recently, I went to do our weekly shop at Tesco, and bought a couple of tubes of Pringles as they were on offer. Normally, they have to be for me to get them, as they are very expensive, usually rolling in at just under £2 for a 155g tube. However, they were on offer for 2 tubes for just over £2, so I thought I'd grab them.

The crisps, despite the addictive flavour, are a bit annoying as they leave a bit of 'dust' on your fingers as the barbecue powder comes off very easily. Also, the tube causes a bit of a problem for me after about half the crisps have gone. I can't reach down into the tube as my hands are too big, and so I have to tip it up, and the crushed bits at the bottom go absolutely everywhere. It's annoying, especially when you combine it with the powder coming off on anything it touches.

Similarly, the ingredients are a bit of a negative as well. They have msg and are high in carbs, let alone the preservatives and flavourings they contain, but in all honesty, if you're looking to control your calories then you're unlikely to be buying crisps anyway!

Overall, I recommend these Pringles. They taste nice, albeit strong, and are addictive. They, along with the Sour Cream & Onion ones, are my favourite, and the tagline si right: Once you pop, you really can't stop!

Summary: One of my favourite Pringles flavours
