Recently Holland and Barrett had a promotion on Provamel Bio Organic Yofu and I decided to purchase some to see if they were as delicious as the packing suggested they would be. 99p was all I paid for 4 and I chose the blueberry flavour. In case you are wondering what on earth this is, it is a soya yogurt which is an alternative to the rows of yogurts made from cows milk we now have in their droves on supermarket shelves. Recently repackaged these yogurt alternatives are made from soya, and all credit goes to Provamel regarding the packaging which looks stunning.
