My packet contains 106 calories, 0.7g sugars, 2g fat (0.2g saturates) and 0.4g salt. The main ingredients are Rice, maize (with germ removed) and prawn cocktail flavour which consists of lots of things (including lactose from milk, so check if you have intolerances).
