I always keep snack a jacks in the house because I find them to be a great alternative to crisps when I am craving a savoury snack. They are a great alternative for me because each 26g bag contains only 105 calories and 0.2g of saturated fat which equates to only 1.5 weight watchers points. A standard bag of crisps would be at least 3 times this. Each bag costs around 43p but I buy mine from Asda where there seems to be a continuous promotion on, whereby you can buy any 5 bags for £2. The salt and vinegar are one of my favourite flavours so I always chuck a couple in when choosing my 5 bags for the week. I find these to be an excellent mid-morning ... Read the complete review

I followed Weightwatchers for a few years and managed to lose a couple of stone while I was eating healthier. Unfortunately, I have put the weight back on but am determined to lose it again. One product that I used to eat regularly was Snack A Jacks Salt and Vinegar flavour. These are made by popular company Quakers. They come in a bag weighing 26 grams and I used to have them for my lunch all the time. They are also great to carry around in your handbag for when you are feeling hungry throughout the day. This might stop you from reaching for that chocolate bar you are trying to avoid. The last time that I bought them, they cost me ... Read the complete review

Since starting University I've become a lot more prone to snacking, probably because of the bizarre hours I seem to be awake as a student. Having also recently booked a holiday to Spain with two friends for the summer, I decided to start trying to be healthier so I can feel more comfortable on the beach. With both of these facts, the latest thing I picked up to try was a bag pack of Snack-A-Jacks. When I was younger I hated the rice cakes that everybody seemed to be obsessed with. I always thought they tasted disgusting, and automatically assumed that Snack-A-Jacks would taste similar and I would hate them. However, knowing that they were much better for you ... Snack a Jacks Salt and Vinegar Snack a Jacks have been around for years now, available in both large form, and also individual bag form. They're known for their wonderful tastes and their healthiness. Available in a variety of wonderful flavours, sour cream and chive, salt and vinegar, Barbeque, Sweet chilli, cheese, prawn cocktail, hot tomato, and also a variety of sweet flavours too: Caramel, Berry, Toffee Popcorn and Chocolate. So they can either be a savoury or sweet snack! Both kinds as delicious as the other! But, of the savoury flavours, the salt and vinegar have got to be my favourite! When choosing crisps I always choose salt ... Read the complete review

A healthy snack. We all know that rice cakes are considered a healthy snack, well now you can get them in bite sized, snack packets instead of big disc like cakes they used to come in. Snack a Jacks produce a range of rice cakes in crisp like packets in a variety of different flavours. My favourite flavour has to be their salt and vinegar variety which come in a blue crisp packet. I am always looking for a healthier alternative to classic crisps but something that still offers that crisp type flavour/experience and in these I think I have found that. Basically they are round/rice cake style snacks with a salt and vinegar flavour. The ... Read the complete review
