I'm quite partial to a flavoured rice cake and have for some time been a fan of Snack a Jacks. It all started from being on a Carol Vorderman detox diet where the only thing close to sustinance that was allowed was unsalted rice cakes. As soon as I was fully de-toxed I decided to keep going down the healthy eating rice cake road, but add plenty of flavourings, flavour enhancers, salt and any other junk I could think of, yet still appear virtuous. From time to time I do dabble with healthy snacks (not often enough though to be totally honest lol) but when I leave the gym I feel so guilty buying junk food on the way home and I do try to look for healthy alternatives to nibble on! I hadn't seen this flavour before and I love sweet chilli flavourings on things so grabbed a bag! On the back of the pack other information ... Read the complete review

There's a picture of the snacks on the pack, and of course the nutritional info. Snack a Jacks have this thing on the packets ... Read the complete review

I am sure you have heard about Snack a Jacks they have been around for a number of years now, and this seems to be one of there newest flavours and its my favourite. ***WHAT ARE SNACK A JACKS? *** If you have not heard about Snack a Jacks before they are a rice and corn snack, and an alternative to crisps and some people say they are like eating cardboard as they are alot different from crisps but so much better for you and your waist line. I tend to watch what I eat, I don't want to eat crisps and chocolate every day but I do tend to go through phases of eating badly (don't we all?) but Snack a Jacks really provide me with an alternative ...
