Advantages: Good selection of sweets, reasonably priced.

Disadvantages: Too many toffees, tin is overrun with sweet sickly strawberrys and orange cremes

Quality Street is a great selection of sweeties - I say more worthwhile when you buy the tin, better value for money and more more more sweeties YIPEEE!!!

Hopefully you enjoy my review

The Product

Quality Street can be bought in 2 different sizes of box or in a large tin. Also some of the individual sweeties are available in bigger versions which are yummy! 12 different types of sweeties can be fond within the box/tin, this list is going to detail what they are:

1) Toffee Deluxe - Not for those with falsers! A hard toffee sweetie covered in milk chocolate

2) Milk Chocolate Block - Just a block of chocolate *shrugs shoulders* nothing overly exciting

3) Coconut Éclair - Like a mini bounty but with more coconut crammed in so a bit harder and a bit sweeter!

4) Toffee Penny - Yuck, not my favourites. The only one not covered in chocolate. Just a big ugly bit of toffee, not a fan

5) Orange Chocolate Crunch - An octagon shaped chocolate block with crunchy orange flavoured candy inside.

6)Strawberry Delight - One of the only ones covered in plain chocolate rather than milk, delicious strawberry cream, soft and yummy. Very very sweet

7) The Purple One - Possibly every mum on the planets favourite? Milk chocolate with runny smooth caramel inside and a big nut! Delicious - this is one of the ones now available in the bigger version, worth a try

8) Orange Crème - Another covered in plain chocolate, similar to the strawberry delight apart from its orange flavoured. Kind of annoys me that they have put two orange flavoured sweets in but hey

9) Vanilla Fudge - My favourite! A very sickening sweet fudge covered in milk chocolate. Utterly delicious!

10) Caramel Swirl - A little sweet one, milk chocolate with smooth caramel inside. Another one which is available in big version

11) The Green Triangle - Praline filling, one of my favourites! Another rone which is available in a big version!

12) Toffee Finger - Not one of my favourites. Toffee stick covered in milk chocolate

I found quality streets to be tasty but maybe a little too sweet what with all the orange and strawberry cremes which seem to overrun the tin. There are some really lovely flavours but I am not a big fan of hard toffees either which is a bit disappointing as there is usually tons of them in the tin.

A nice gift to give and usually reasonably priced (£5-£6 for the tin).

Not my favourites though - I think I will stick to roses from now on

Summary: A good tin of sweets as long as you have plenty of people to share it with!

I love Quality Street soft centres, but I agree - there are far too many toffees in there and they are yuk!
