Quorn Mini Kiev

Having a good old clear out of the freezer trying to make room for all the Christmas goodies and maybe a turkey (WHY ARE THEY SO EXPENSIVE !!) if I can find a cheaper one than the ones I've seen so far, I discover at the bottom of the freezer a couple of boxes of these Quorn Mini Kievs. Hoping they are not out of date, I pull them to the top and luckily the date is Nov 10, so thats OK. It was whilst I was in my local Tesco supermarket recently that I was perusing the fridges of chilled goods to see what offerings were available - I needed to stock up on a few items for evening meals over the coming weeks. I noticed that some of the 'Quorn' products were on special offer and this caught my eye as I scanned the fridges, looking for inspiration!
