If you are a vegetarian then Quorn is probably sometimes one of your saviours. Not because we want something that makes us feel like we are eating meat but more for the variety and extra nutrients it gives. I don't eat meat substitutes too often simply because I didn't like the general meat experience when I was a meat eater and don't like to repeat that experience but sometimes, as mentioned above, you fancy a change and your diet requires it. That's when I would turn to something like this product and I must admit that I do have it perhaps once every few weeks as it is a very versatile item.
