I find myself resorting to Quorn quite often because my husband is veggie. One of the hardest meals to recreate is the traditional Sunday roast and so we have tried to substitute with this a couple of times - and whilst it does make a passable lunch I am not overstruck on this particular Quorn product. If you are vegatarian and looking for a substitute for a Sunday roast (and can't stand nut roast) then this is a good, if on the pricey side, substitute. This is what vegetarians have been waiting for! I have been veggie for about 10 years now, and I am fed up with being given vegetable lasagne and veggie burgers.
