Quorn Sweet and Sour with Long Grain Rice

I tried quorn food for their low fat qualtites rather than being a vegetarian. They have a range of usually higher fat food such as sausages and burgers that are have around 90% less fat than there meat counterparts. With sweet and sour as a favourite of mine i picked up a couple and was really happy with them. They are in normal plastic trays but as they are better quality than most, the plastic sleeve peals off properly, leavingly you unscalded. As you probably know by now Dave and I are currently following the healthy eating programme advocated by Slimming World which basically involves cutting out as much fat and sugar as possible. It suits us as he needs to lower his blood pressure and I need to lower my blood sugar. In six weeks he has lost about 1.25 stone and I have lost about 0.75 stone so we are very pleased.
